Those interested in presenting a paper should attach an abstract of maximum 300 words as well as a brief summary of the nature of your work and level of expertise by 12 of January 2005. Based on this information, authors of papers will be notified of the acceptance of their papers by end of January 2005. Authors will pay a reduced workshop fee. All participants are responsible for paying their own travel and hotel expenses.

Based on our experiences from last years, we expect that we have to limit the number of participants. The workshop will be held in English. The workshop will take place at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, McCance Building Rooms 1 & 2, Richmond Street.

A number of hotels are available within walking distance of the University (5 to 15 minutes). For a list of available hotels with prices and contact details download the following Excel File: Hotels.xls.
Scottish Power will organize a field trip to the Hagshaw Hill Wind Farm (26 x 600 kW). The field trip will take place on Saturday the 9th of April. The bus will pick the participants at Strathclyde University at 10 am. It will take approximately 45 minutes to travel to the wind farm. Participants will spend about 30-45 minutes on site where a representative from Scottish Power will answer the questions etc. The field trip will be over at approximately 12 am. The field trip is free of charge, but registration is required. Deadline to register for the field trip is 23rd of March.

Here is a map of the McCance Building, 16 Richmond Street, Glasgow where the bus will pick up the delegates at 10.00 am on Saturday 9th April.

Registration fee will cover admission, documentation, two lunches, a dinner and refreshments. There is a 900 SEK (100 ) discount for those participating one day only. For special student rates, please contact the organizers. Swedish participants have to add 25% tax to registration fee. The cancelation fee is 1,800 SEK (~200 ).
